* So What Are Pads?

* How do i apply a pad?

* Can a pad fall out of my underwear?

Pads have adhesive strips on the bottom specifically designed to attach and stick to your underwear. If the pad is applied the right way, it shouldn't fall out. A pad like Always with Flexi-Wings that wraps around the sides of your underwear will help keep the pad in place.
